How to Order Books

1. Place your order.
2. We receive an e-mail notifying us of the order.
3. We then process your order and notify you when the book has been shipped, usually within less than one day.
4. We delete your credit card information from our system right after we process your order.

By E-Mail

If you would prefer not to leave personal information online we understand. Please feel free to e-mail us with your purchase information. Please Include:

1. Book title and name of author.
2. Your billing and shipping addresses.
3. Your preferred method of payment.

• If you choose to pay by credit card (we accept VISA or MasterCard) please send the credit card number in two separate emails, please include half the number in one email, and the other half plus the expiration date in the second.
• The possibility of anyone intercepting an e-mail with your card information on it is very remote. We delete e-mails containing financial information from our server and our computers once we have processed an order.

If you wish, we are happy to take your order by phone. If we are unavailable, it is perfectly safe to leave credit card and other information on our answering machine. If necessary, we will return your call (remember to leave your number and an email address, too, if possible).
